We collect information you provide directly — your date of birth for age verification, items added to your cart, and the name, email, shipping address and message you submit through our contact, checkout or “Share Your Muse” forms. We also collect limited technical data automatically, such as device type, browser, and pages visited, through cookies and similar technologies.
HOW WE USE IT
We use your information to verify legal drinking age, process and fulfill orders, respond to inquiries, improve our products and site, and — where you have consented — to send marketing communications and personalize content. We do not sell your personal information.
SHARING & RETENTION
We share information only with service providers who help us operate the site and fulfill orders (payment processors, shipping carriers, age-verification and analytics vendors), and where required by law. We retain personal information only as long as necessary for the purposes described or as required by applicable law.

Terms of use & sale
Eligibility. You must be of legal drinking age (21+ in the United States) to browse, purchase, or receive our products. We verify age at entry and may require valid ID at delivery. We do not sell to anyone who is, or appears to be, intoxicated or underage.
Orders. All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability. Prices are shown in U.S. dollars and may change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including where alcohol may not lawfully be shipped to your location.
Intellectual property. The MUSE name, laurel monogram, copy, and imagery are owned by MUSE and may not be used without permission.
Disclaimer & governing law. The site is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, MUSE is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. These terms are governed by the laws of the state in which MUSE is established, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Delivery & returns
Shipping. We ship only to states and jurisdictions where the direct-to-consumer sale and shipment of alcohol is permitted. An adult 21+ with valid government ID must be present to sign for delivery; we cannot leave alcohol unattended. Orders typically ship within 2–4 business days.
Returns. Due to laws governing alcohol, we cannot accept returns of opened product. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 30 days and we will make it right with a replacement or refund where permitted.
